Hi TheMiniBrochure.com,

The mini brochures I ordered arrived today. Not only were they in plenty
of time for the deadline that I needed them for, but I was very pleased
with the quality. I have already been showing them to people, one
especially who works in marketing all of the time and who thought they
were great.

Thanks for the great service. I anticipate doing more in the near future.

With best regards,

The Mini Brochure, simply put, prints out a little brochure with amazing market clout. The thing is, that these brochures work in any industry and put out a lot of information into a neatly folded up small size. They are often known as pocket brochures or wallet brochures in the industry. For your customers it makes an easy reference to your business — as easy as handing off a business card yet as informative as giving a portfolio page. Unlike similar styles of brochures, The Mini Brochure produces nearly a business card size brochure that expands to almost the size of a half sheet of notebook paper. With 8 panels of full color display, it puts most literature handouts to shame qualitywise. See our animated demo of a pocket restaurant menu folded out.

Convenient Sales Tool

Posted in Uncategorized - By admin - No Comments

The Mini brochures (also known as pocket brochures, wallet brochures) are extremely convenient. Not only can they act as a business card, flyer and sales tool, they’re also easy to store, easy to hand-out and, even more importantly, customers find them easy to keep.

In fact, they are twice as likely to keep a mini brochure, pocket brochures, wallet brochures as they are to keep their larger counterparts.

Why? Convenience.

Standard size for a finished mini brochure is 4” x 2.5”

– which makes them the perfect size for your customers to drop into a shirt pocket or even their wallet. Just try that with a standard size brochure.

Trade Show Dos and Don’ts by Janet Attard

Posted in Uncategorized - By admin - No Comments

Planning to exhibit at a trade show soon? If so, you’re not alone. Many businesses find that trade shows can be one of their best sources of new business as well as a good way to attract media attention.

But exhibiting at trade shows doesn’t come cheap. The cost of booth space, drayage, product literature, airfare, shipping and hotel costs, and meals can take a significant toll on a small business’ bottom line if they don’t get the hoped for sales from the show.

No single thing you do can guarantee you will have a profitable show. however, there are a number of things you can do to better your chances for success. Here are several to consider: the mini brochure.

Have Sufficient Literature Ready To Hand Out
Have professionally prepared brochures or other handouts made in quantity to distribute at the show, and have them prepared well in advance of the show. If you wait until the last minute to prepare your literature you’ll wind up paying unnecessary rush charges. If you try to prepare it yourself on a laser printer and photocopier, what you turn out may not do your product justice.

Choose The Perfect Trade Show Handout

It’s trade show season again, and with events such as the fall Comdex well on their way, you want to make sure that you’re getting the most out of your presence. After all, the most important reason that you’re exhibiting at a trade show isn’t necessarily sales…it’s gathering leads. This is information for future business, not business right there on the spot.

And, of course, you need to be certain that those people who are most likely to become future customers of yours will also be able to contact you. This is where the ever-popular trade show handout comes into play. Everybody who has ever been to a trade show has received a promotional handouts at one time or another.

Whether it’s a pen or pencil with the company name and contact information, a letter opener, or, in recent years, a stress ball, these gifts can be effective – but more commonly aren’t. When you compare the number of handouts that you distribute with the number of people who actually contact you as a result of their receipt, you will not be pleasantly surprised.

So how do you choose the perfect trade show handout that will make certain that you will get the results that you want? Ever try using your busniess Card? Certainly, if you are only handing out a typical, traditional business card, this doesn’t mean much.

However, if you choose to get the most out of your business Card, then you’re using a mini brochure This means that your trade show handout isn’t just your contact information. It’s also your full catalog, website information, ordering information, picture presentation, or whatever you want it to be.

Furthermore, because your mini brochure are so interesting – especially to people interested in gadgets and technology – recipients are much more likely to actually check out what your mini brohcure is holding than they are to actually look into your website if it is printed on the mini brochure.

Can your regular business card do that? Didn’t think so!

The Mini Brochures are serving their purpose for college programs.

Posted in Uncategorized - By admin - No Comments

At a time when almost any type of information is available on a computer, a small but novel way of providing answers to questions about several departments and programs on campus is available in a mini brochure format.

Compact enough to fit in a pocket or a purse but large enough to contain the most up-to-date information for students, staff and faculty, the mini brochures have not only cropped up all over campus but at many local community businesses where they serve as an important advertising and information tool for the college.

The Mini brochures have been created for departments and programs such as scholarships, Jump Start, personalized information on the college website via MY GCC as well as a user’s guide to the library, fall and winter schedule information for 2002-2003 and information about the culinary arts and the PACE programs.

The process for creating the mini brochures starts when the Public
Information Office meets with departments and program directors and comes up with individualized content that best expresses each program’s features.

Bob Taylor, the director of the PACE program, said that the mini brochures have been a very successful tool in getting out information about the program. “From the vibrant colors of the cover and inside panels that catch the eye to the outstanding job that Susan Cisco in the Public Information Office does in formatting our information, the mini brochures have been just great for us,” Taylor said. “On campus and out in the community, people recite the information back to me almost verbatim. That tells me that the brochures are serving their purpose, and I couldn’t be more pleased with them.”
